A Bit About Me

I love guns, They are fun, practical, and versatile—whether for fun, hunting or self-defense. I also love good food, and my dogs. So naturally, I made a place where all three collide. While guns are a serious subject, I believe in bringing humor and common sense into the conversation.

I got my first rifle at 12, served as a platoon leader (2nd lieutenant) in the French Marines, and have been shooting ever since. Handguns, tactical shotguns, carbines and especially long-distance rifles-you name it. If it goes bang, I probably have something to say about it. This channel? It is for anyone who thinks firearm knowledge should be both useful and entertaining.

I grew up in France, moved to the U.S. over 40 years ago, and became a proud US citizen— helped by my love for country music, cheeseburgers, Harleys, and Mustangs (yes, really). After bouncing around the country, I landed in Tennessee, where my amazing wife is from, with a household of animals, including one German Shepherd who thinks she runs the place.

And since you cannot shoot well on an empty stomach, great food is a big part of my life too. From steaks and burgers to sushi and fine dining, I'll be sharing plenty of questionable food opinions along the way.
